Sr Healthcare Data Analyst - SQL

We have a 15 month contract, opportunity to hire, for an analytical professional with 4+ years of strong SQL experience and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end data analysis projects. They excel at data integration, profiling, mapping, and quality assurance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in complex data processes. With a problem-solving mindset, they are skilled at writing advanced SQL queries, analyzing datasets, identifying data quality issues, and collaborating with developers to resolve them. Experience in healthcare data analysis, particularly with Snowflake or Teradata, is preferred. This individual thrives in cross-functional environments, communicates effectively with internal teams and third-party vendors, and takes full ownership of their work to support critical initiatives such as One List, Data Super Friends, and NC Merger projects. 100% Remote.

MUST HAVES :

• 4 + Years of SQL experience with good Data analytical skills
• Excellent Analytical skills with sound SQL knowledge
• Problem solving nature with Data experience preferably in HealthCare
• Owning and delivering the projects end to end

Responsibilities :

Job Description : Position Purpose :

Integrates, conforms, profiles and maps complex data, and provides quality assurance oversight (data error detection and correction) on business processes where data is collected, stored, transformed, or used. Examines more complex data to optimize the efficiency and quality of the data being collected, resolves complex data quality problems, and collaborates with the business and ETL database developers to improve systems and database designs.

Education / Experience :

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and Requires 4 - 6 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills :

One or more of the following skills are desired.

Experience with Big Data; Data Processing

Experience with Data Manipulation; Data Mining

Experience with one or more of the following C# (Programming Language); Java (Programming Language); Programming Concepts; Programming Tools; Python (Programming Language); SQL (Programming Language)
