Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Maintain clear understanding of full cycle recruitment in public accounting industry
- Work collaboratively with the HR team and hiring managers to understand business objectives, candidate requirements for open positions, consult on key trends for hiring, and develop sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and refer qualified candidates to management
- Maintain internal and external job postings across multiple platforms
- Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Attend networking events as a representative of CBIZ
- Ability to maintain a professional presence on social media sites, promote open positions and network
- Research target companies and organizations to support sourcing strategies

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience preferred or High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of recruiting experienceWorking knowledge of the public accounting or a professional services firm is desirableDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyProficient use of applicable technologyMust be able to travel based on client and business needs#LI-KC1
