Job Summary

Total Turf Golf Services and The Arrimour Group are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who is excited to go beyond traditional recruiting. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build proactive pipelines, engage with local communities and colleges, and design an onboarding program that sets new hires up for long-term success.

You'll also manage the full recruitment life cycle across field, operational, and early-career roles, while also playing a critical part in employer branding and talent development initiatives. You'll work closely with hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs, craft creative sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

This is a 100% in-office position to start, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule (1–2 days remote) based on performance and business needs.

The expected salary for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000 Actual pay will depend on related experience and qualifications. In addition to salary the position offers medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement account and discretionary bonus potential.
