Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill six full-time positions for the upcoming school year in Salem, VA. These roles involve managing varied caseloads across different grade levels, providing crucial support to students' communication needs.
Qualifications :
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of special education processes and regulations
Location : - Salem, VA
Responsibilities :
Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with identified needs.Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff to implement IEP goals.Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and support strategies.Benefits :
