This 1099 commission-only role is ideal for individuals who excel at understanding client needs, resolving concerns, and guiding people toward the best insurance solutions for their situation.

You’ll work with warm, inbound leads—no cold calling—and support clients through every stage of their decision-making journey with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs and concerns

Present clear, personalized life insurance solutions that fit client goals

Guide clients through the application, approval, and onboarding process

Ensure client questions are answered thoroughly and promptly

Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in our CRM system

Compensation :

This is a 1099 commission-only position. Customer Solutions Specialists typically earn $3,000–$7,000 / month, with top performers exceeding $10,000 / month.
