Are you a responsible, mature, yet fun-loving individual who loves interacting with a positive yet professional attitude? You might be what we’re looking for! We are seeking a part-time to full-time Customer Service Representative to be the face of our practice. The preferred candidate is punctual, reliable, and has schedule flexibility.
You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and their pets to our brand new facility, answer phone calls, emails, and texts, schedule appointments, check out and take payments, complete daily office tasks, and do what it takes to serve our patients and clients in a busy environment.
The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team that has a variety of personalities.
