Are you a responsible, mature, yet fun-loving individual who loves interacting with a positive yet professional attitude? You might be what we’re looking for! We are seeking a part-time to full-time Customer Service Representative to be the face of our practice. The preferred candidate is punctual, reliable, and has schedule flexibility.

You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and their pets to our brand new facility, answer phone calls, emails, and texts, schedule appointments, check out and take payments, complete daily office tasks, and do what it takes to serve our patients and clients in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team that has a variety of personalities.

Compensation : $16 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Take all incoming phone calls and respond to emails and texts to ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
• Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building, and give them any pertinent information or directions
• Assist with additional administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, downloading and linking files, and client communication by phone, email, text, etc.
• Communicate clearly with co-workers in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
• Adapt quickly to change
• Express compassion and a willingness to serve and assist clients, fellow employees, and the pets we care for, even during their rough times
