We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with proven call center experience, ideally in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to deliver accurate, courteous, and timely support to clients, brokers, merchants, and financial institutions.
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls from brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions.
Handle inquiries related to checking accounts, debit cards, ACH transactions, and bill payments.
Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to established call techniques and quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with internal teams as needed to escalate or resolve complex issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to represent the company effectively.
Qualifications
1+ years of call center customer service experience ; financial services industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer systems and ability to quickly learn new applications.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.PAY : $18-$21 / hr based on experience
Pay Details : $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
