Director of Faculty

A company is looking for a Director of Faculty.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for online instructors to ensure instructional excellence and alignment with the college's mission

Oversee instructor recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management to enhance the online learning experience

Ensure compliance with instructional standards and monitor teaching effectiveness through data analysis and feedback

Required Qualifications

Master's degree required; terminal degree in a related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education, with 3 years in a leadership role in online learning

Experience managing online instructors, including recruitment and performance evaluation

Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and online pedagogy

Proven ability to collaborate across departments and lead initiatives for student success
