Senior Scientist- PFAS

MUST HAS DIRECT PFAS EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills :

• Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of medical device products
• Run the instrumentation independently including, but not limited to, various chromatographic systems (HPLC, IC & GC), UV / Spec, various wet chemistry analyses, FT-IR, ICP, DSC and dissolution apparatus
• Consult with clients to understand their testing needs
• Develop and adapt specialized PFAS testing for client specific projects
• Preparing samples for analysis and running instrumentation with minimum supervision
• Set up and validate new analytical or related processes used by the department
• Prepare standards and samples for analysis
• Execute method transfer protocols
• Document work as required for GMP compliance
• Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment

Minimum Qualifications :

Positions are full-time, working (Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm), overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within commutable distance to Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
