Join Our Team as a Laborer – Specializing in Bath Installations Location :

Your Role :

  • As a Laborer specializing in bath installations, you’ll assist with both on-site remodeling work and warehouse support tasks.
  • You’ll work alongside experienced installers to ensure smooth, professional project completion from prep to cleanup—both in the field and behind the scenes.

    • Responsibilities Include :

  • Assist with bathroom remodels using carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction skills Support lead installers by following established installation procedures and quality standards Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at job sites and warehouse Organize, restock, and maintain the installation vehicle and warehouse inventory Keep job sites and warehouse areas clean, safe, and well-organized Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Respect customers’ homes and communicate courteously on job sites Help educate customers on basic care and maintenance of installed products Complete job documentation, including forms and photo submissions Qualifications : 2+ years of experience in general labor, construction, carpentry, remodeling, or warehouse operations preferred Ability to accurately measure using tape measure, level, and combination square High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Familiarity with power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.) Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail Why Work With Us?
