Role description

Vector Controls, a company of the Endress+Hauser Group, is seeking an Instrumentation / Calibration Technician to perform service-related work in the Houston, TX area. The candidate will provide installation, startup, commissioning, and maintenance of instrumentation, controls, and analyzers. There will also be interaction with the customer on many levels (operations, maintenance, planning, environmental health & safety, and engineering). The ideal candidate will provide expertise to ensure that the products perform and meet customer expectations. The candidate will also be required to follow all customer and Vector Controls safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Start-Up, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Instrumentation
• Travel to locations within the entire Vector coverage area. Areas include Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois
• Maintain open communication with customer
• Maintain 100% compliance with all Vector CAG and customer site-specific training
• Complete all scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) work orders as scheduled
• Provide subject matter expertise to customer for any Flow, Pressure, Temp, Valves
