Regional Service Manager - South

ABB's Process Automation business area enables customers to operate some of the world's largest and most complex industrial infrastructures, helping them outrun - leaner and cleaner.

We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Senior Resident Field Service Technician near Baton Rouge, LA, you will work independently and as part of a team based on customer / contract requirements.
• Provide site service to ensure safe and efficient plant operation utilizing the ABB 800xA / AC800M Distributed Control System.
• Handle all periodic, routine, preventive maintenance, and shutdown support as part of your role (additional support from ABB Technical and Advanced Services available as needed).
• Troubleshoot distributed control system hardware, software issues, and manage technical support requests to optimize system performance.
