Compensation Analyst

As the Compensation Analyst, your primary focus is supporting the organization's compensation programs by analyzing market data, evaluating internal equity, and ensuring compliance with compensation policies and regulations. This role partners closely with the Director of HRIS and Compensation, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to develop and maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures that attract and retain top talent.
