Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll provide key technical contributions and ownership within the engineering department for group assessment, responsible for building and operating infrastructure for software services on our Data Manager platform. You will orient our engineering practices toward a maintainable, high-quality enterprise platform, and coach and mentor engineers towards product-minded engineering whose work delights users and accelerates business value. You will own our approach towards engineering and infrastructure tooling, automation, and observability – while expanding the platform to support the company’s vision of a low-cost assessment platform that provides comprehensive insights for learners.

In this role you will get to :

• Work with engineering leaders to iteratively improve platform infrastructure and tooling to improve automation, repeatability, scalability, observability, and cost.
• Work with engineering and product leaders to analyze, estimate, adjust, and implement infrastructure and engineering tooling.
• Write extensive integral code for pipeline automation.
• Coach and mentor engineers on your team and across the department.

Compensation : A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $155,000 - $175,000 USD plus applicable bonus. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data / range parameters.
