Kalos Sales Representative

Location : San Francisco Bay Area (in-person events).

Preference is for South Bay locations (Palo Alto, Mountain View, Menlo Park, Sunnyvale, San Jose), but we are also open to candidates residing in San Francisco, East Bay, and Peninsula cities (San Bruno, San Mateo, Foster City, Belmont, Redwood City, San Carlos).

Compensation : Performance-based with guaranteed event minimums (details below).

About Kalos

Kalosis a DEXA-based personal training company that uses the worlds most accurate body composition technology to deliver data-driven fitness and nutrition coaching. We help people optimize fat loss, build lean muscle, and track their progress with medical-grade precision. Our office is located in downtown San Francisco near the Salesforce Tower.

The Role

Were hiring energetic and persuasive team members to represent Kalos at health, wellness, and community events. Your job is simple but powerful : talk to people, get them excited about their health, and book them for a DEXA scan at our office. Youll use interactive tools (like a grip strength challenge) to generate interest and convert that interest into booked appointments.

We are actively ramping up our events schedule and expect to run 23 events per week over the coming months. This is a great opportunity to earn consistently, build your skills, and grow with a fast-moving health& fitness startup. Youll be the face of Kalos giving people energy, not asking for it.

What Youll Do

• Join the Kalos sales team at in-person booths at events in San Francisco and the Bay Area (e.g. marathon expos, farmers markets, vendor marketplaces)
• Start conversations using proven scripts and interactive games (e.g. grip strength challenge to win a free DEXA scan)
• Use a structured sales flow to educate leads and guide them toward booking a scan
• Represent Kalos enthusiastically and professionally to everyone who stops by
• Transport materials to / from events when needed (car or Uber - reimbursed)
