Founded in 2023, Synergie Medication Collective focuses on improving access to prescription drugs. The CIO will lead technology strategy, including data analytics, security, product development, and vendor management.

Primary Job Functions

Define and implement technology strategy aligned with organizational goals; design scalable data platforms; ensure regulatory compliance; establish data governance; evaluate technology investments; foster innovation with AI / ML; manage vendor relationships; oversee IT operations and team management.

Education, Experience, and Certification

Required : Bachelor's in CS, IT, MIS, or Engineering; 10-15 years in IT, including 5-7 years in leadership roles; experience managing teams and vendors; familiarity with HIPAA and regulated environments.

Preferred : Master’s or MBA with IT focus, or MS in IT or Cybersecurity.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Results-oriented, collaborative, innovative, strong communicator, adaptable, and capable of developing talent.

Financial Responsibilities

Budget management and strategic investment; no revenue responsibility.
