Lancaster's Custom Dock & Lift Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled and safety-minded Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Troutman, North Carolina. In this role, you will operate heavy machineryincluding cranes, excavators, backhoes, and bargeson water-based projects across Lake Norman. From dock tear-outs and dredging to shoreline stabilization and new dock construction, this position offers the opportunity to be hands-on with some of the area's most impressive waterfront builds. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy machinery for dredging, shoreline stabilization, rip rap, and hardscape projects
• Perform dock tear-outs and assist with new dock construction
• Operate and maintain dredging equipment to improve lakefront access
• Assist with crane and barge operations as needed
• Remove fallen trees and natural debris from job sites
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks
• Support team members across a variety of construction and site tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional jobsite at all times
