Internal Medicine opening in MN- Located in Detroit Lakes, MN; Fargo 60m- Full Time; Permanent- Employed- Join another internist and 6 FP Physicians in a beautiful Lakefront community of 10,000- Primarily an office-based practice in space connected to the hospital- Option to follow and treat patients that are admitted to the hospital or elect to have them treated by a Hospitalist and referred back to you post-discharge- Anticipated weekly work schedule : 8-5, M-F plus call rotation; Back-up call (by phone only) filtered by ARNP or PA- Anticipated volume of office patients per day : 15-22 / day- Provide IM support to Hospitalist covering an 8-bed ICU and 16-bed M / S unit in the only Hospital in the County- Average daily census of unit : ICU = 4; MSP = 15LOCATION- Centrally located in the heart of the Lakes Area- 1 hour from Fargo and 3 hours from the Twin Cities- Detroit Lakes population : 8,500- Regional Service area consists of 5 clinics and 1 hospital- For more information about the communities, visit :
