A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer, Confluence On-Prem.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced support and product expertise to large customers as part of the Enterprise On-Prem Support team
Conduct root cause analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting across multiple Atlassian products
Communicate progress updates, action plans, and resolution details during customer-facing calls
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Java support, software services, and system administration
Experience with operating systems such as Linux, OS X, and Windows
Understanding of application server technologies like Tomcat, Apache, and SQL databases
Experience with networks and technologies, including proxies and Active Directory
Subject Matter Expert in multiple Atlassian products
