Technical Support Analyst

If you are a technician with high standards for customer service, this is the job for you ! The Technical Support Analyst will work to ensure end-user computer systems and software are maintained and a high level of service and support is delivered. This role will be responsible for application administration and primary-level system administration, ensuring seamless functionality and user support within the organization.

This position will be based out of our Sioux Falls, SD office location.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of help desk, system administration and / or business application or related experience required
• Fluent with navigating Windows 11
• Must be able to work on laptops / desktops and their components
• Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint
• Must have excellent problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent communication skills and effective organizational and time management skills
• Must be very detailed oriented
• Working knowledge of RDP, VPN, Switches, Routers, AD, Exchange is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in technology or related field is preferred
