Medicaid Eligibility Analyst

A company is looking for a Patient Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and enhance the Mercy Receivables system while managing databases and reporting

Support Medicaid screening and application processing, and develop KPI reports for trend analysis

Collaborate with team members and serve as a liaison with state agencies to resolve Medicaid issues

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business / information systems preferred

Minimum of three (3) years of Medicaid Eligibility experience; five (5) years preferred

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Experience with a high volume of transactions and computer systems

Ability to be on-call for system testing or troubleshooting
