A company is looking for an EHR Helpdesk Analyst (2nd Shift) for a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for Epic applications, workflows, access, and integration issues
Troubleshoot complex application, account, and workflow issues related to Epic and other clinical systems
Monitor ServiceNow queues and manage incident resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
2 years of providing Epic technical support in a healthcare or clinical environment
2 years of proficiency with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems
2 years of in-depth understanding of EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
