What You'll Do :

We have a great opportunity for an Enterprise Architect to join our architecture team and help us develop technology strategy and roadmaps for delivering unified customer and employee experience that align with Principals customer centricity strategy to engage our customers on their terms - when, where, and how they prefer. This is an opportunity to impact our shared services and reimagine how capabilities are delivered.

As a member of Principals Enterprise Architecture Practice and supporting the Infrastructure and technology domain, the goal of the position is to advance the technology strategy and implementation as it relates to Principals strategic business goals and objectives. The Enterprise Architect must ensure technology platforms can evolve to support a high performance and scalable environment, and are reliable, secured, and maintainable for a global enterprise. This is a hands-on (individual contributor) position with responsibility for setting technical and architectural direction and seeing the direction through to high-quality solution deployments.

• The Enterprise Architect (EA) will be responsible for defining enterprise application, information, platform, and integration architecture standards, evaluating technologies, designing hybrid platform solutions and reference architectures, documenting, and managing implementation of multi-year roadmaps that solve Principals business problems.
• Define platform architecture standards and ensure appropriate alignment of process and technology solutions with platform architecture guidance.
• Lead platform architecture strategies to optimize and modernize the platform technology portfolio and encourage reusability and adaptability of Principal's process and technology assets to achieve enterprise leverage.
• Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization to influence, coach, and mentor on how to consume and apply key aspects of the platform architecture.
• Identify possible opportunities inherent to the technology and future market trends, including development, socialization, and concurrence on an overall global IT architectural roadmap working with the broader enterprise architecture community of practice (CoP)

Salary Range Information :

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range :

$91000 - $152000 / year

Time Off Program :

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees dont accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
