About the Opportunity :

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing organization that values excellence, innovation, and integrity.

As the Receiving / LCS Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance before reaching our customers. You will be responsible for performing detailed certification review of raw materials, special process certifications and purchased parts. while working closely with production and engineering teams.

Location : Plainville, CT

This is a 100% on-site role and is not eligible for hybrid or work-from-home.

Responsibilities :

Verify casting and forgings against supplier certifications (serial numbers, heat numbers, quantities)

• Review raw materials, special process certifications for compliance to all drawing, specification and purchase order requirements.
• When required, coordinate with purchasing and the supplier to obtain corrected certifications.
• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspection using measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
• Perform hardness testing to verify material hardness
• Scan certifications and other production documents to document retention database.
• Coordinate material testing as needed.
