PeopleMark , an Allied Universal Company, is looking to hire a Professional Recruiter.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Generate a pipeline of professional candidates that can be effectively marketed to prospective clients

• Market the company's temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire professional services through sales calls, sales appointments and networking events
• Develop and maintain key relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate manual and CRM automated records to ensure candidate records are maintained
• Build and nurture both a sales and recruitment culture in the branch
• Network within community relationships, attend (minimum one per month) and get actively involved in industry staffing associations (SHRM, ASA, etc.)
• Understanding company operations
• Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators
