Job Description : Commercial Lines Account Manager I – Insurance Services. Join our dynamic team as an Account Manager I, where you'll play a key role in supporting client relationships, processing insurance documentation, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
- Active Arkansas Insurance Producer License required.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Applied Epic.
- Ability to work independently under moderate supervision.
- Comfortable handling varied and moderately complex tasks.
- Role is 75% tactical, 25% strategic.
- Non-exempt position.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Communication
Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing.Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention (target : 90%+).Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person meetings.Policy & Documentation Management
Prepare and review insurance documents (applications, quotes, policies, endorsements).Set up and maintain client accounts, including Auto ID cards, Evidence of Property, and Certificates of Insurance.Ensure accurate data entry in the agency management system.Sales & Account Development
Support account rounding by identifying cross-sell opportunities and referring leads to Account Executives or Producers.Track policy expiration dates and assist with renewals.Administrative & Compliance
Coordinate with carriers on claims, renewals, and policy changes.Ensure compliance with agency procedures to prevent errors and omissions.Participate in ongoing training and development through SIG U.Perform additional duties as assigned by the department supervisor.J-18808-Ljbffr
