Job Summary
Seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage multi-channel communications including phone, email, chat, letters, and social media platforms. The role requires professionalism in conflict resolution, strong communication skills, and adaptability to high-volume customer interactions. This representative will handle sensitive issues, provide accurate documentation, and ensure brand alignment while monitoring and responding to comments on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries across all communication channels.
Resolve sensitive issues objectively using problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Collaborate with District Managers, Store Managers, and corporate staff to address escalations.
Record and track customer data, coding and updating cases until resolution.
Maintain compliance with brand policies and social media moderation guidelines.
Handle high-volume interactions efficiently while providing positive customer experiences.
Perform special projects or additional duties as assigned.
Required Experience
Demonstrated conflict management and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
PC proficiency, including email platforms, Word, and Excel.
Excellent typing and data entry skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Prior customer service or call center experience.
Social media moderation background.
Experience supporting retail or e-commerce environments.
Required Skills
