Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Program Management, Communications preferred
  • Must be based in the New York / New Jersey area and able to attend in person, She Runs It events
  • Tech savviness and ability to troubleshoot members technical website issues and requests
  • Must have experience with WordPress or other website development tools
  • Proficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint,and Google docs & forms
  • Basic graphic design skills : understanding of graphic programs (like Canva)
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Stellar project and time management skills; excellent attention to detail
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and service oriented. Is responsive and has the ability to foster relationships.
  • Previous experience with membership-based organization welcomed
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and work assignment
  • Ability to conduct and lead monthly committee meetings alongside co-chairs.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team / collaborative work environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for Northeast members, ensuring timely responses and assistance with members making the most of their membership benefits.
  • Provide daily technical support for account access and membership management issues.
  • Develop and implement membership programs, outreach strategies, and initiatives to engage current members, recruit new members, and improve retention.
  • Create educational resources to enhance member understanding of available tools and benefits.
  • Monitor feedback and analyze renewal trends to identify improvements and inform strategy.
  • Maintain accurate member records, ensure data quality, and support bi-monthly membership reporting.
  • Co-lead the Ambassador Program, overseeing engagement, communications, meetings, and event tracking.
  • Co-lead the organization's Northeast mentoring program, including mentor-mentee pairing logistics, communications, and smooth operations.
  • Serve as staff liaison for the Northeast Young Executive & Mentoring Committee, supporting strategic planning, relationship-building, and event execution (quarterly happy hours and one annual major event).
  • Administer backend website functions, ensuring content accuracy, partner branding compliance, and data integrity.
  • Manage Corporate Alliance renewals and maintain a website ownership map to prevent outdated content.
  • Act as primary liaison with developers, overseeing issue tracking, troubleshooting, and redesign efforts, making use of monday.com to report and monitor updates.
  • Provide cross-functional technical support and contribute to problem-solving across departments.

    • Salary Range

    52k / yr- 65k / yr
