JOB SUMMARY

SALARY

1st Class : $34 / hr

2nd Class : $31.96 / hr

3rd Class : $31.37 / hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

Installation, maintenance, and calibration of various instrumentation devices, including valves, analytical instrumentation, level, temperature, pressure, flow devices, and static and continuous weighing systems.

Troubleshoot individual devices and understand the impact of each in regard to the process.

Perform new installations including fitting instruments, running conduit, wiring panels, reading, and understanding electrical and P&ID blueprints. Perform initial setup procedures.

Work in compliance with approved safety policies and procedures. Collaborate effectively with co-workers, engineers, plant management, and external vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work in full compliance with approved safety policies and procedures.

Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Excellent team player and communicator.

Physical capability to lift 75 lbs., stand up to 10 hours a day, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, bend at the waist, kneel, climb stairs, and move equipment as needed.

Comfortability in year-around outdoor temperatures, in loud conditions, and working around moving mechanical equipment.
