Overview

Montech Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Operations Senior Analyst , a key personnel position within the DOMS Operations Division. The Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for support to the development of strategic-level products in support of budget justification documents, strategic communication plans, maintaining and updating leader smart books.

Place of Performance

The Operations Senior Analyst shall perform duties on site at a designated government facility in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Hours of Operation

The Operations Senior Analyst will work an eight-hour workday, totaling a 40-hour week between the hours of 0700 through 1800, Monday - Friday except Federal holidays.

Responsibilities

The Operations Senior Analyst provides the following areas of support :

• Provide support in programming data analysis for the Program Objective Memorandum build, program reviews, Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR), and senior leader briefs.
• Assist with the creation of integrated strategic-level products in support of the POM build and the Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review.
• Assist with quality control of Director Leadership Reviews and conduct quality control checks of Portfolio briefings, providing reports of analysis.
• Provide reviews and analysis of Army Requirements Review Board (AR2B) issues and assist with briefing and preparation of senior leaders for AR2B discussions.

Qualifications

The Operations Senior Analyst shall possess a minimum of a Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a directly related career field from an accredited college, such as Business or Engineering. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development or related duties.

Security

Employment is contingent upon the ability to pass the pre-employment drug test and background check / security investigation per required level with the U.S. Government agency. The Operations Senior Analyst will have an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance.

Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen to work in support of Federal agency. The background investigation reviews employment, criminal, financial, and personal history to ensure there are no outstanding violations. Any notification from Government to Montech notifying that the employee has compromised the security requirements will warrant immediate termination from employment.

The Operations Senior Analyst shall be professional in demeanor, responsiveness, appearance and deportment and may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials in a supporting role to the Center and federal industry players.
