Nurse Practitioner - In-Home Health Risk Assessments (PRN)

Guaranteed Compensation : $1,920.00 per semi-monthly pay period or pay per assessment (both include mileage reimbursement). Position classified as a 1099 contractor.

Your Role :

As an NP, you'll conduct comprehensive in-home HRAs for Medicare Advantage members. Each visit includes a review of the patient's medical history, current medications, lifestyle factors, and social determinants of health. You'll also complete basic physical and mental health evaluations and provide education on preventive care. No long-term care or follow-up is required.

Requirements :

This is an excellent role for independent, motivated providers who value flexibility and autonomy. Onboarding is simple and fast-get started in as little as two weeks.
