QA Manager Position is NOW OPEN! Company located near Chicago, IL area is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations in rigid set box manufacturing. This role ensures our products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship, precision, and customer expectations. Manager will need to lead QA Team to success and ensure all QA codes are followed. Responsibilities will include managing the QA team, conducting audits, analyzing data for improvement, creating quality reports, and collaborating with other departments and external bodies to maintain and elevate product quality throughout the entire lifecycle. Schedule : Monday-Friday : 9 : 00A-5 : 00PM. This is a temp to hire position. All candidates must submit a detailed resume for quicker response / feedback.

Hourly Pay : $37.00-38.00 / per hr

Schedule : 1st Shift Hours

QA Manager will follow QA Key In-Person Responsibilities not limited to the following listed below :

• Lead all quality processes across rigid set box production (printing, laminating, die-cutting, gluing, wrapping, finishing).
• Oversee inspections, testing, and defect prevention from raw materials through final product.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste, rework, and customer complaints.
• Train and coach the quality team to build skills and accountability.
• Partner with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain premium quality standards.
