The following position is to join our RTX Technology Research Center (RTRC) :

What You Will Do

• Identify & implement process improvements that increase output and reduce overall costs in the bids and proposal process
• Review government funding agencies' needs, interests of program managers, and analyze budgets to help prioritize marketing efforts
• Assist in creating and maintaining guidance documents (including work instructions, templates and forms) to standardize contract R&D practices
• Analyze data on academic and industry partnerships to help focus RTRC collaborative efforts to grow contract R&D
• The intern will be given specific process improvement tasks to take ownership of, and progress to completion throughout their internship.
