Conduct facility assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute facility maintenance strategies.
Sr Facilities Engineer (Finance)
In this role, you will impact our operations by leading facility projects, implementing best practices, and ensuring that our facilities are safe, efficient, and sustainable. Your leadership and technical skills will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Sr Facilities Engineer here at Honeywell, you will manage and optimize the maintenance and operations of our physical facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and sustainability while adhering to industry standards. You will report directly to our Facilities Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Urbana, Ohio location on a on-site work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with energy management systems and sustainability practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
