PathPoint is seeking part-time Job Coach (Direct Support Professional) in Long Beach, CA. Job Coaches support adults with disabilities at their place of work, helping them maintain successful employment and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done.

About PathPoint : PathPoint is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people flourish. We partner with children, adults, and families to foster hope, build life skills, access support systems, and form meaningful relationships. We serve communities across Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.

Schedule : 20-25 hours per week with the ability to become full-time if desired. Hours vary depending on client schedule. Evening and weekend availability is needed for this position.

Compensation : This is an hourly position starting at $22.25 per hour. If you are bilingual (Spanish or ASL and skill is needed), the starting wage is $22.55 per hour. The pay range for this position is $21.14-$23.36, the pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors.
