Richards Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Falls Church, VA location. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair / maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner.

• Up to $2,000 sign on bonus available for experienced Technicians

What can we offer you?

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $40-$45. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and / or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
