Assembler / Manufacturing Operator

Shift : 5 : 00 AM or 6 : 00 AM 1 : 30 PM or 2 : 30 PM

Duration : 12 Months

Job Description :

We are looking for Operator I candidates to join a leading medical device manufacturing team in Temecula, CA. In this role, you will help produce high-quality medical devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities :

Assemble, test, and inspect small medical device components.

Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.

Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

Support company safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Basic computer knowledge (data entry, documentation).

Ability to work with small parts and tools in a cleanroom.

Must follow strict dress code and gowning requirements (no jewelry, makeup, nail polish, loose clothing, etc.)

Dress Code (for interview and on the job) :

Clothing must be clean, non-shedding, and free of loose threads .

No jewelry, makeup, or nail polish.

Closed-toe, low-heel shoes required.

Must wear required lab coat / gown and hair covering in production areas.
