What You Do

Accounting Specialist Vendor Payables

• Process vendor invoices
• Process Third Party Provider / outside broker commissions
• Review and process employee expense reimbursement requests
• Monitor accounts payable email address
• Ensure proper approvals for all invoices, expense reports and payment requests
• Ensure adherence to MMA compliance rules / regulations
• Additional responsibilities necessary to successfully complete role
• Any other duties that may be assigned
