job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupervise and coordinate all daily front-of-house restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, effective teamwork, and the delivery of high-quality member and guest experiences. Lead, train, and mentor restaurant and bar staff on service standards, club policies, menu items, and health and safety procedures. Serve as manager on duty during designated shifts, handling opening and closing procedures, and ensuring operational readiness. Promote above-and-beyond hospitality standards, greeting and interacting with members and guests and resolving any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Work closely with the Food & Beverage Management, and culinary team to support special events, and operational excellence Maintain professional appearance and set a positive example for associates and ensure associates follow established company policy Must be able and may be required to perform all associates jobs Complete all shift-related paperwork and administrative tasks properly and timely Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and appearance of all dining, bar, and service areas, adhering strictly to health and sanitation regulations. Develop and implement strategies for staff motivation, customer retention, revenue growth, and efficiency improvements in alignment with club goals. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, food service, private clubs, or retail is highly preferred. You must have good time management skills, the ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 35lbs. Valid Driver’s License required. You must have authorization to work in the US . Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a “member-first” and team-oriented mindset. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and current industry trends. Proficiency with point-of-sale and restaurant management systems. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
