As a member of the Steely team, you will be at the forefront of product development, engaging in hands-on work that shapes meaningful solutions. We cater to a diverse clientele, including both government and commercial customers. Our primary mission centers in fortifying VSAT networks and creating custom enterprise software.
Successful candidates must be able to hold and maintain a security clearance. Therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
Business Administration
- Manage day-to-day business objectives of several small businesses.
- Apply advanced knowledge and expertise of operations, tradecraft, and mission priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management.
- Coordinate with tax and compliance specialist to ensure compliance with all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Audit company records to ensure accuracy of financial and inventory information.
- Draft comprehensive, high-quality reports in support of mission objectives.
- Organize and maintain corporate documentation and prepare business filings.
- Coordinate with purchasing & logistics to support shipping and receiving of goods.
- Assist with preparing year-end financial statements for multiple small businesses.
- Maintain professional relationship with business partners.
Business Improvement
Provide guidance and recommendations regarding the most effective corporate structure for various business goals.Research and continually monitor domestic and international corporate structures and brief senior leadership on business implications.Identify, recommend, and implement initiatives to continuously improve business operations.Customer Service
