Perform maintenance of general maintenance including the areas of; electrical, HVAC, & Plumbing Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) Appliance repair & troubleshooting Conduct general upkeep procedures On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager Must have 2-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician Strong leadership skills Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, & HVAC. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength HVAC Certification
