What this job involves :

As a Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Tech at JLL, you will operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment across assigned facilities to achieve optimal operating results and equipment life expectancy. This critical role ensures equipment operates in an energy-efficient and safe manner while minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and repairs. You will perform comprehensive inspections and repairs to property interior and exterior areas, directly contributing to JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional facility management services to our clients.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior / exterior components
• Conduct assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations
• Respond effectively to all facility emergencies and after-hours building activities as required
• Prepare and submit management summary reports detailing work conditions and recommend corrective actions
• Study and maintain proficiency with building automation systems, fire / life safety systems, and other building-related equipment
• Comply with all safety procedures while maintaining clean and safe work areas, identifying and proposing solutions for safety hazards
