Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates (conceptual, preliminary, and definitive)
• Perform conceptual engineering design and develop preliminary construction plans
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Conduct value engineering analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and maintain estimation tools, databases, and methodologies
• Present cost estimates to senior management and stakeholders
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for competitive pricing
