Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
who wants to step into a
Director of Operations
role — helping lead both the
clinical
and
administrative
sides of the business.

The Opportunity
In this role you'll be both hands-on in daily operations
and influential in shaping the bigger picture of how our practice grows
Previous experience leading teams or managing cross-functional projects strongly preferred, but you don't need years of executive experience — you need ambition, humility, and the desire to learn and lead.
In this role, you'll help manage and improve :
quality of care, documentation compliance, complex cases, and clinical KPIs (utilization, cancellations, etc.)
billing, insurance & credentialing, new client onboarding, and tech systems
Partnering with leadership on budgeting, performance tracking, and sustainable growth initiatives.
hiring, onboarding, and team culture alignment
Building structure and systems that support long-term growth and efficiency
Who You Are

Clinical experience with some exposure to leadership, supervision, or team coordination preferred
Someone who doesn't shy away from accountability and tough conversations
Interested in learning and applying business and operations principles within a clinical environment
Adaptable and comfortable with change and growth
Grounded in ethical, clinically sound judgment
Energized by the opportunity to help build and improve systems in a growing organization
Thrives in a smaller, faster-paced environment rather than a large, established agency
Compensation & Growth
Base salary – $90-100k based on experience
tied to impact and growth
