A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging learning programs using instructional design best practices and adult learning theory
Facilitate dynamic workshops and training sessions to encourage active participation and application
Lead multiple initiatives through effective project management, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in biotech / pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with exposure to training or education
2+ years in Learning & Development with expertise in instructional design and project management
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in a related field preferred
Oncology experience strongly preferred
Vendor management experience with training platforms and technologies
