Subcontract Manager for ATACMS Program Team

You will be the Subcontract Manager for the ATACMS program team. Our team is responsible for performing subcontract management duties to support the development, production, and global sustainment of complex subsystems, components, and hardware. As the Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing subcontract management activities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of program objectives. You will play a critical role in supporting the development, production, and sustainment of complex subsystems and components. Your responsibilities will include managing subcontracts to ensure compliance with program requirements and regulations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives, developing and implementing subcontract management plans and strategies, and conducting risk assessments and mitigating potential issues.

This position is in Dallas. Discover more about our Dallas, Texas location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications :

• Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance (not required to start).
• Experience managing supplier relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Able to lead groups in problem solving.
• Excellent communications, negotiations, presentation and documentation skills.

Desired Skills :

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level : Secret.

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
