Having just launched a new brand (from Beachbody to BODi), a new platform, and a new app where fitness and nutrition is supported by positive mindset content, BODi breaks from the fitness and diet industry and ushers in the era of Health Esteem. Health Esteem specifically rejects the legacy fitness and diet industry playbook of pursuing a healthy lifestyle based on self-criticism – a playbook Beachbody used to abide by. But after observing the uptick in mental health challenges since the pandemic and seeing that 74% of Americans remain overweight or obese today, despite the efforts of the fitness industry, BODi had to make a change.We’re looking for a Senior Creative Director, Growth who’s equal parts builder, strategist, and maker. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment and knows how to translate performance data into bold, scroll-stopping creative that converts. This role is about high velocity output, smart iteration, and creative leadership that directly drives subscriber growth.What You’ll Do
- Own the Creative Vision for Growth
- Set the creative strategy for paid social, video, landing pages, display, CTV, etc.
- Build messaging frameworks and playbooks that give us repeatable, scalable wins.
- Push the boundaries of what performance creative can be while staying laser-focused on results.
- Ensure creative and messaging tie back towards master brand guidelines, but still find ways to flex to drive performance.
- Ship Creative Fast (and Often)
- Lead a nimble team of designers, editors, and copywriters to crank out assets at high velocity.
- Work in partnership with external creative agency partners.
- Roll up your sleeves—sometimes that means jumping in to edit, write, or concept yourself.
- Run constant creative experiments and tests across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, in collaboration with the growth marketing team.
- Translate Data → Creative Partner with growth and media teams to turn performance insights into actionable creative directions.
- Build a culture of testing, learning, and iterating quickly.
- Obsess over KPIs like CTR, CAC, ROAS, CPO, and subscription growth—and know how to move them creatively.
- Build the Machine
- Design scrappy but scalable processes for creative production and iteration, in partnership with marketing operations lead.
- Grow and mentor a team that blends performance discipline with creative craft.
- Balance brand storytelling with direct-response urgency.What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years of creative leadership in DTC growth or performance marketing - ideally in a subscription business.
- A portfolio of proven ads and campaigns that scaled across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- A maker’s mindset—you’re as comfortable concepting and editing as you are directing a team.
- Fluency in the numbers : you know what good CAC, CTR, and ROAS look like—and how creative impacts them.
- Experience building or leading in-house creative growth teams.
- Thrives in a startup environment : resourceful, experimental, not afraid to fail fast and pivot.
- Passion for health, fitness, or wellness a plus

- The applicable base salary range for each role varies based on several factors, including, but not limited to geographic location and job-related education, training, knowledge, and experience.
