NASK is seeking a dynamic, experienced Project Manager focused on providing our NASIC customers value through excellent communication, staff management, and mission focus. You will coordinate daily with customer management and technical staff to ensure a combined team of contractor support meets mission requirements. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the NASIC mission and organizational structure; will have business acumen and understanding of management processes including financial and technical baseline management; agile team management, recruiting and staffing; with a keen attention to detail. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to deliver critical solutions achieving mission impact.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and contractor personnel
• Control financial baseline metrics and performance to meet project requirements
• Ensure that staff are focused on mission requirement and project objectives
• Manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts through effective communication and leadership
• Develop and brief program management reviews
• Plan for future staffing requirements and work with recruiting staff to identify personnel
• Support future proposal activities as required to recompete incumbent work
• Work proactively with customers to identify needs and future work opportunities
