Role Description :

Destiny's Group Home is seeking a full-time RN nurse to join our team. This is an on-site role located in Harford County, MD, and the nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents. Daily tasks include administering medication, monitoring vital signs, maintaining medical records, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed. This will be a shift accommodated position also, to supervised LPNs on shift as well.

Qualifications :

• Active nursing license RN  in the state of Maryland.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
• BLS / CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
