Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your crucial contributions will include :

• Accurately administering medications to residents in strict accordance with their individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Skillfully performing treatments as assigned by the physician's orders, always operating within your scope of practice.
• Thoroughly reporting and meticulously recording the resident's condition and the care provided, including any subtle or significant signs and symptoms that may indicate a change in status.
• Ensuring all duties are performed in strict adherence to local, state, and federal guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
• Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator, contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the facility.
